You will stay in a charming independent and atypical house from the 1950s within the Domaine. You will be enchanted by its comfort, its decoration and its equipment. The house can comfortably sleep 4 people, but an extra bed or cot can be provided on request in the large master bedroom. It is equipped with a small, fully functional kitchen, a living room with dining area equipped with a pellet stove, as well as 2 bedrooms. Outside, you will find two terraces, one of which is covered, as well as a large fenced garden offering a magnificent view of the green estate. The terraces are equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, a plancha and deckchairs for your comfort. You can enjoy a privileged environment in the middle of 10 hectares of breathtaking landscapes. You will be welcomed from April 1 to the beginning of November in a green setting ideal for a relaxing vacation, a romantic getaway or moments of sharing with family or friends. A private and secure outdoor swimming pool with garden chairs and sun loungers is at your disposal. Only tenants of the house have access to the swimming pool for your peace of mind. A common games room will delight children and parents, with books, board games, toys, music, table football and a children's pool table. Outside, a playground, trampoline and table tennis table are available. Bicycles and a baby carrier are also available free of charge. From 2024, a common relaxation area for the two gîtes will be accessible, including sports equipment and a massage area. You will find self-service childcare equipment in the shared laundry room (baby bed, high chair, playpen, changing mat). Meet our small herd of goats and our pony who will be delighted to welcome you. Enjoy walks on the estate and in the surrounding forests offering magnificent hiking trails. Children can have fun looking for animal tracks, playing hide and seek and enjoying the outdoor spaces. Pony rides with Univers, our Shetland, are also offered. The estate includes 2 gîtes, each with its own space and private swimming pool, offering up to 9 beds for large families or groups of friends. The swimming pools are open from June to September, depending on the season and weather. You can get around easily by car and benefit from a free parking space. Pets are welcome upon request prior to booking, for an additional fee.
